Regular Meetings

Also known as "Populace Meetings", these meetings are the regular meetings where our members get together to learn new things, discuss upcoming activities, and socialize. If you are new to the area, then we would love to welcome you. Garb (period style clothing) is not required but is encouraged. If you are new and do not yet have any such clothing - do not despair! We have loaner garb available which you are more than welcome to use.

These meetings often have a class available which is either free or costs a small amount to cover the cost of materials. These are open to any member or visitor wishing to participate. A schedule of upcoming classes can be found on the Minister of Arts and Sciences page.

Forum Meetings

Forum meetings are where the decisions on such items as financial purchases, major event decisions, policies and procedures, and other items concerning the running of the group are made.

These meetings are open to all members of the group and are typically held in a public place. Garb is not required. For more information on where the next forum meeting will be held, please consult our official newsletter (The Aerie) or contact the Seneschal at: .
